About the role

  • Define and execute a clear strategy to increase App downloads and active usage, aligned with Group digital objectives.
  • Develop and manage a roadmap of initiatives focused on acquisition, activation, and engagement, prioritising based on impact and Return on Investment (ROI).
  • Partner with marketing, engineering, and analytics teams to deliver integrated campaigns and optimised journeys that drive downloads.
  • Use data, research, and A/B testing to identify barriers to adoption and continuously improve conversion rates.
  • Shape compelling value propositions and incentives that encourage customers to download and engage with the app.
  • Define KPIs (e.g., download volumes, activation rates, retention), monitor performance, and report impact to senior stakeholders.
  • Ensure all initiatives meet regulatory, security, and risk standards.
  • Line management of a Product Owner, contribute to their development and a culture focused on high-performance and growth.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in driving digital growth, ideally in mobile App acquisition or engagement.
  • Ability to shape priorities and secure alignment across multiple business areas and senior leaders.
  • Deep understanding of user behaviour and ability to translate insights into compelling experiences.
  • Strong track record of delivering measurable outcomes that drive adoption and engagement.
  • Experience in coaching and developing product teams, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
