Requirements

  • Experience as a content designer, UX writer or conversation designer
  • Familiarity working in a complex or regulated landscape – ideally financial services
  • A collaborative mindset ready to be a part of a busy multi-disciplinary team
  • Flexibility in writing on-brand content in multiple tones of voice
  • Confidence in writing concise, clear and consistent copy for different channels
  • The ability to influence and manage multiple stakeholders across product, risk, legal and brand teams
  • Experience using and collaborating in design platforms, such as Figma
