About the role
- Provide face-to-face support to our customers in branches
- Learn, grow and develop within an inclusive organisation focused on people
- Transition into various roles, helping customers over the phone from home and providing remote advice
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the best customer experience
Requirements
- No previous financial services experience required
- The ability to quickly build relationships to give customers a fantastic experience
- The passion to put yourself in the customers' shoes, show empathy, acting with care and integrity – taking time to resolve queries and giving our customers confidence in the service you’re providing
- A genuine teammate - collaborating closely with colleagues to ensure your customers' needs are met
- If located in one of our hybrid locations, you will need to meet our Homeworking criteria, for example, a quiet, private room at home, stable internet connection
