About the role
- Lead designs through concept to production and across life stages and touchpoints
- Shape customer experiences and engagement strategies, focusing on UK customers
- Inspire and lead designers and researchers for a platform
- Manage and mentor a 20-30 person design team
- Collaborate with product, engineering, data science to deliver solutions
- Develop and deliver design strategy, concept development and delivery
- Engage with senior leaders to ensure customer value is central to decision-making
- Bridge business goals with customer needs and technology priorities
Requirements
- Experience leading a multi-disciplinary design team of 20-30 people
- Ability to shape and implement design strategy and major initiatives
- Strong collaboration with product owners, business analysts, engineers and senior leaders
- Experience working with data analysts and behavioural scientists
- Proficiency in driving end-to-end customer experiences and design thinking
- Ability to influence propositions and business teams
