Responsible for driving strategies to deliver simple, fair and transparent pricing across Lloyds, Halifax, Bank of Scotland and MBNA brands
Collaborate with key partners from across the Cards Business as well as Marketing, Risk, Legal, Platform and Consumer Engagement to develop and maintain a deployment strategy
Produce and present strategy proposals to senior management and governance forums
Support ad hoc pricing changes delivered within the team
Requirements
Highly enthusiastic & self-motivated with the ability to solve problems and find innovative ways to bring data to life
Can generate well rounded perspectives, carefully considering customer and business needs
Ability to influence and work effectively with technical and non-technical audiences
Can work as part of a team and independently, setting key priorities
Ability to plan, prioritise and handle diverse workloads effectively
Ideally have Financial Services experience with prior knowledge of Credit Cards or technical knowledge of how pricing is managed
Excellent analytical ability with great numerical skills and outstanding attention to detail
Interest in understanding systems and working with technical teams
Experience of working with a coding language such as SQL and working with large datasets is desirable but not essential
