About the role
- Provide support for our crypto environment to tight timescales.
- Help drive the crypto strategy and design across the mainframe development and test estate.
- Work closely with our key stakeholders to deliver against the technology roadmap.
- Work collaboratively across the wider Cyber Security teams to develop, promote, and implement process initiatives.
- Ensure processes and procedures are strictly adhered to.
Requirements
- Assembler and C programming and support skills on IBM mainframe systems
- Operational experience on z/OS systems
- Experience with transformation and decommissioning of legacy systems
- Bug fixing and troubleshooting in complex environments
- A working knowledge of encryption key management required for debit/credit card production
- Diagnostic skills and an ability to analyse technical information from multiple sources, allowing the provision of highly effective solutions in complex environments.
