Develop and uphold engineering standards, guardrails, and best practices.
Continuously improve Modern Workplace tools and processes through optimisation and automation.
Promote best practices by participating in guilds and knowledge-sharing forums.
Requirements
Broad expertise across modern workplace technologies, including infrastructure, collaboration tools, devices, security, data protection, identity, automation, and APIs.
Strong research and problem-solving skills, able to transform intricate challenges into innovative solutions.

Experience designing and testing enterprise solutions using Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, Defender for Endpoint, Office 365, Power Platform, and other modern workplace technologies.
Scripting and automation using languages like PowerShell, Python or Bash, and tools such as GitHub Actions, Harness, and YAML pipelines.
Working with APIs and DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and standardised tooling for integration and delivery.
Knowledge of current security and cloud infrastructure, including zero trust principles, security focused on identity, UEM technologies, and virtualization on Azure, AWS, or GCP.
