Key responsibilities & impact
  • Create and deliver a clear vision for Management Reporting
  • Shape reporting, analytics and performance management capabilities across Finance
  • Lead data-driven performance management and analytics

  • Own and prioritise the product backlog
  • Translate business needs into high-value solutions delivered through Agile teams and methodology

  • Simplify and modernise reporting processes through automation, standardisation and data-driven decision-making
  • Drive adoption of solutions that reduce manual effort, improve controls and provide richer business insight
  • Collaborate across Finance, Data, Engineering, Architecture and Change teams
  • Engage senior stakeholders to align priorities and deliver measurable value

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 5 years’ experience as a Product Owner, Product Lead or transformation professional, with accountability for product vision, roadmaps and prioritised backlogs
  • At least 5 years’ experience working with Finance, management reporting, performance management, financial planning or related business processes
  • Demonstrable experience of Agile delivery, including translating business outcomes into user stories and product features
  • Experience influencing senior stakeholders and aligning Finance, Data, Engineering, Architecture and Change teams around shared priorities
  • Strong prioritisation and decision-making skills, with evidence of using technology and data to solve complex business problems
  • Experience of Management Reporting, FP&A or Finance transformation
  • Knowledge of Oracle EPM and reporting platforms
  • Experience delivering products within large-scale data and technology change programmes
