Design and create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
Create visually stunning and user-friendly interfaces that align with brand guidelines.
Collaborate with developers to ensure the feasibility and implementation of designs.
Iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX&UI design.
Requirements
Strong portfolio of UX and UI projects. A portfolio could be Behance, Dribble, dedicated page, or in PDF format.
At least 4 years of proven commercial experience in UX and UI design. Experience in visual design is a plus.
Proficiency with Figma and FigJam - these are our standardized tools used for team collaboration.
At least an upper intermediate level of English, we are a multinational team and good language skills are essential.
Understanding of design and UX concepts, and ability to explain, discuss, and challenge them (e.g. Gestalt principles, atomic design, user-centred design approach, double-diamond framework, etc.)
Understanding and experience in using different UX tools (e.g. user personas, A/B testing, wireframes, prototyping etc.).
