Financial Planning and Analysis

• Preparation and processing of payments and monitoring the accuracy & timeliness of settlements; cooperation with banks, internal and external contractors and suppliers (English is a must!).
• Systematic and accurate completion and submission of documentation to the accounting & payroll department for end of month and year; cooperation with Auditors, the Tax Office, and the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS).
• Ongoing support to the HR and Payroll departments - to properly settle work contracts and mandate contracts at the end of the month and year.
• Confidentiality and security of all financial and personal data while ensuring process precision.
