About the role

  • Own the post-sales technical relationship with enterprise customers from contract signature through renewal, ensuring successful implementation and adoption
  • Drive customer AI projects from kickoff to production deployment, establishing clear roadmaps, milestones, and accountability frameworks
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with sales teams on renewals and expansion
  • Serve as trusted technical advisor to technical teams and business stakeholders, translating AI capabilities into measurable business value
  • Coordinate with engineering, product, and support teams to resolve implementation challenges and deliver on customer commitments
  • Channel customer feedback and requirements to inform product roadmap and platform improvements
  • Build scalable methodologies for customer onboarding, adoption tracking, and value realization

Requirements

  • 7-10 years in post-sales technical roles (customer success engineering, technical account management, or implementation consulting)
  • Experience managing enterprise customer relationships through full implementation lifecycle
  • Strong technical background with ability to troubleshoot complex deployments and design solutions
  • Proven track record driving technology implementations to production in enterprise environments
  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and executive audiences
  • Previous consulting experience strongly preferred
  • Comfortable with variable compensation tied to customer outcomes
  • Experience with AI/ML implementations, RAG systems, or document processing platforms (preferred)
  • Background working with large enterprise organizations (preferred)
  • Familiarity with enterprise security, compliance, and scaling requirements (preferred)
  • Track record of identifying and driving expansion revenue (preferred)
  • Ability to work out of San Francisco office at least 3 days a week (hybrid requirement)
