About the role

  • Project initiation, control and closure;
  • Updating schedules, meeting minutes, dashboards and other artifacts;
  • Monitoring KPIs, risks, productivity and forecasts;
  • Organizing resources (FTEs), deadlines and deliverables;
  • Supporting portfolio governance and methodological adherence;
  • Interacting with technical, commercial and finance teams;
  • Participating in status meetings and tracking follow-ups;
  • Document version control and centralization.

Requirements

  • Work in the Project Management Office (PMO), providing direct support in structuring, organizing and executing operational routines, ensuring methodological alignment and cross-functional integration.
  • Consulting experience, preferably with SAP projects and/or Tax Solutions;
  • Experience in production planning and control (PCP), process control, and administrative project support;
  • Advanced Excel (dashboards, formulas, charts, pivot tables);
  • Organized, process-oriented and deadline-driven;
  • Strong written communication (reports, meeting minutes and technical documentation);
  • Systemic perspective and critical thinking;
  • Ability to handle change and multiple concurrent demands;
  • Ability to communicate with stakeholders at different organizational levels;
  • Informal leadership and cross-functional influence;
  • Resilience, adaptability and a focus on continuous improvement;
  • Training or knowledge in: PMBOK, Scrum, Kanban, SAP Activate;
  • Tools: ClickUp, MS Project, Jira, Trello, Monday, Asana, Clarity, Smartsheet;
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (manufacturing or services);
  • Experience in agile or hybrid environments;
  • Intermediate to fluent English;
  • Knowledge of Power BI and Power Automate.
