💰 $95,000 - $185,000 per year
About the role
- Responsible for scope, fees, and profitability of individual projects
- Point person and primary contact with clients
- Guides and coordinates all internal transportation disciplines, sub-consultants, and clients
- Assists in new sales with clients for which they are managing projects
- Responsible for managing nine knowledge areas of project management
- Assists in maintaining PM best practices alongside Deputy Operations Manager
- Provide information to Deputy Operations Manager on future projects and employee performance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering required
- P.E. license required (North Carolina PE preferred)
- At least 10 years of experience in consulting or engineering required
- 5 years of project management experience preferred
- Experience working on DOT design projects required
- Experience with multiple DOTs is a plus
- Deltek Vantagepoint or similar CRM and Project Management software experience is preferred
- MicroStation, OpenRoads, AutoCAD, and Civil-3D software experience is preferred
