Perform structural calculations and design for building components including superstructures, foundations, and floor systems.
Develop and assist in the preparation of construction documents for vertical structures.
Collaborate with design teams to ensure accuracy and coordination across drawings and documentation.
Participate in project meetings and communicate with clients under the guidance of a supervisor.
Maintain and expand technical knowledge through continuing education, industry seminars, and in-house training programs.
Evaluate design processes and propose improvements to enhance efficiency.
Maintain composure and problem-solving capability in high-pressure situations.
Work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Conduct occasional site visits to monitor construction progress and document observations.
Adhere to all safety protocols during site visits.

Requirements
Bachelors degree in Civil or Architectural engineering with Structural emphasis required
Minimum 5 years of structural engineering experience with a focus on reinforced concrete and/or steel design
Proficient in producing construction documents, reports, and related technical documentation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
Strong background in vertical construction projects including commercial, industrial, and institutional buildings; tilt-up experience
Prior experience with cast-in-place concrete and mid-rise steel structures
Proficiency with RAM Structural Systems, Enercalc, and Revit.
