About the role
- Lead the scale-up end-to-end of Livo’s Italian infrastructure.
- Take full ownership of the Go-To-Market strategy.
- Act as the strategic partner to the CEO and analyze local trends to influence the product roadmap.
- Lead collaboration between Sales, Product, and Marketing teams in Spain.
- Manage dashboards and reporting, providing insights to drive growth.
- Master the Livo "Playbook" and identify core success drivers for local adaptation.
- Close the first 1–3 deals and hit initial targets for user engagement.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in Top-Tier Strategy Consulting, Investment Banking, or a high-growth "Scale-up" environment.
- Entrepreneurial DNA, while comfortable with ambiguity and the grit to solve problems without a manual.
- Strong command of data. You use numbers to drive decisions and can build a business case for any strategic pivot.
- Ability to hold your own in meetings with both technical leads and C-suite executives.
- Multilingual Excellence: Italian: Native-level fluency. English: Professional working proficiency. Spanish: Professional working proficiency (essential for HQ collaboration).
