About the role

  • Lead the scale-up end-to-end of Livo’s Italian infrastructure.
  • Take full ownership of the Go-To-Market strategy.
  • Act as the strategic partner to the CEO and analyze local trends to influence the product roadmap.
  • Lead collaboration between Sales, Product, and Marketing teams in Spain.
  • Manage dashboards and reporting, providing insights to drive growth.
  • Master the Livo "Playbook" and identify core success drivers for local adaptation.
  • Close the first 1–3 deals and hit initial targets for user engagement.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in Top-Tier Strategy Consulting, Investment Banking, or a high-growth "Scale-up" environment.
  • Entrepreneurial DNA, while comfortable with ambiguity and the grit to solve problems without a manual.
  • Strong command of data. You use numbers to drive decisions and can build a business case for any strategic pivot.
  • Ability to hold your own in meetings with both technical leads and C-suite executives.
  • Multilingual Excellence: Italian: Native-level fluency. English: Professional working proficiency. Spanish: Professional working proficiency (essential for HQ collaboration).
