About the role
- Act as the primary support and day to day client contact
- Facilitate release and entry summary completion
- Build and maintain excellent client relationships
- Verify documentation for release conditions
- Create and maintain client Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Ensure accurate and timely release and rating of shipments
- Conduct periodic checks for accurate application of tariff and valuation
- Participate fully in the day-to-day operations of the team
Requirements
- 3 years of related experience
- High School/GED or equivalent
- Associates Degree or post-secondary education preferred
- Working towards/or successful completion of the Certified Customs Specialists (CCS) designation is a requirement.
