About the role
- Build and maintain excellent, direct working relationships with clients and carriers
- Prioritize and complete work according to client's needs, customs requirements and Livingston standards
- Create and maintain the client tariff database
- Verify documentation for release conditions and compliance
- Create and maintain client Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Ensure accurate and timely release and rating of shipments
- Conduct periodic checks to ensure accurate application of tariff and valuation
- Participate fully with other team members in day-to-day operations
Requirements
- 3 years of related experience
- High School/GED or equivalent
- Associates Degree or post-secondary education preferred
- Knowledge of Word and Excel software
- Ability to make decisions and recommendations within authorized limitations
- Strong knowledge of company policies and procedures
- Excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills
