About the role

  • Build and maintain excellent, direct working relationships with clients and carriers
  • Prioritize and complete work according to client's needs, customs requirements and Livingston standards
  • Create and maintain the client tariff database
  • Verify documentation for release conditions and compliance
  • Create and maintain client Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Ensure accurate and timely release and rating of shipments
  • Conduct periodic checks to ensure accurate application of tariff and valuation
  • Participate fully with other team members in day-to-day operations

Requirements

  • 3 years of related experience
  • High School/GED or equivalent
  • Associates Degree or post-secondary education preferred
  • Knowledge of Word and Excel software
  • Ability to make decisions and recommendations within authorized limitations
  • Strong knowledge of company policies and procedures
  • Excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills
