About the role

  • Responsible for the timely processing, rating and release of all client shipments
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of shipments
  • Create customs entries through review and proper selection of client records
  • Data entry of shipment information for release, rating and billing
  • Contact Release Import Analyst or client service team as required for missing documentation

Requirements

  • No experience required
  • High School/GED or equivalent required
  • Working towards/or successful completion of the Certified Customs Specialists (CCS) designation with the Canadian Society of Customs Brokers (CSCB) or the National Customs Brokers & Forwarders Association of America (NCBFAA) is a requirement, if not already obtained
  • Must be able to present a professional image
