- Support client organizations with full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition strategies during periods of growth, transformation, or transition.
- Deliver modern, human-centric HR solutions that improve workplace experiences
- Support client engagements with a focus on delivery excellence, strategic alignment, and outcomes
- Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the engagement lifecycle
- Apply consulting, project management, and communication best practices
- Partner with livingHR Principals and client stakeholders to deliver value
- Track billable work and maintain accurate project documentation
- Align people strategies with broader business objectives

- Track recruiting metrics and optimize hiring processes
Requirements
- Experience working directly with clients in consulting, professional services, PEOs, or agencies
- Strong internal HR or functional expertise across relevant disciplines
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
- Comfort working in flexible, project-based engagements
- HR certifications or platform certifications preferred where applicable
- Willingness to travel occasionally as client needs require
- Demonstrated experience recruiting within AmLaw or large national law firms
- Proven expertise recruiting attorneys and legal professionals across levels, including associates, counsel, partners and legal operations roles
- Experience supporting law firm combinations and growth initiatives, including identifying and assessing small or boutique firms or practice groups as potential acquisition or combinations targets
- Ability to partner with firm leadership on talent driven due diligence related to combinations, including market mapping, practice strength assessment, and leadership evaluation
- Understanding of law firm economics, practice group structures, and lateral hiring dynamics
- Experience managing highly confidential searches and sensitive attorney moves
- Familiarity with bar admissions, credential verification, and compliance considerations unique to legal recruiting
- Manage full-cycle recruiting across roles and levels
- Partner with hiring managers on hiring strategies
