About the role
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, scoping, proposing, and closing new business across consulting, Executive Search, and recruiting services.
- Consult with clients to understand leadership gaps, role profiles, search strategy, compensation ranges, and success criteria for executive-level and specialized hiring.
- Develop relationships with strategic partners to enhance Executive Search engagements.
- Organize and attend prospect and industry events that position the company as a leader in HR transformation.
Requirements
- Many years of experience in HR consulting and Executive Search
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record
- Ability to manage relationships with HR and C-suite leaders
- Experience in prospecting and closing new business
- Strong understanding of market strategies and HR solutions
