About the role

  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, scoping, proposing, and closing new business across consulting, Executive Search, and recruiting services.
  • Consult with clients to understand leadership gaps, role profiles, search strategy, compensation ranges, and success criteria for executive-level and specialized hiring.
  • Develop relationships with strategic partners to enhance Executive Search engagements.
  • Organize and attend prospect and industry events that position the company as a leader in HR transformation.

Requirements

  • Many years of experience in HR consulting and Executive Search
  • Strong sales skills with a proven track record
  • Ability to manage relationships with HR and C-suite leaders
  • Experience in prospecting and closing new business
  • Strong understanding of market strategies and HR solutions
