About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the entire store team to excellence in team member, guest, and financial outcomes, by overseeing daily operations of the store.
- Create and implement a strategy designed to grow the business, by coordinating the development of key performance goals for direct reports and standard work.
- Ensure the retail store team is fully staffed with the right number of people with the right talent to meet standard work expectations.
- Drive profitable outcomes by ensuring execution of the Sales Leadership and Operations Standard Work.
- Create a culture of a “Guest First” mentality by measuring guest feedback, in store engagement with guest, and guest satisfaction tools/social media reviews.
- Manage budget, resources, staffing, and operations in accordance with business priorities.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree (B. A. or B. S.) or equivalent from four-year college in business, retail management, sales, merchandising, or related field preferred.
- 5 years experience in direct customer interactive environment required; high volume 3 years of management experience required.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
