Analyze e-commerce performance across brand DTC sites, including traffic, conversion rate, AOV, customer acquisition, and retention metrics
Identify cross-brand patterns and trends impacting portfolio growth
Monitor trends in new customer acquisition, repeat purchase behavior, and loyalty performance across brands
Conduct customer cohort and lifetime value analysis to understand retention dynamics
Surface opportunities to improve conversion, acquisition efficiency, and repeat purchase rates across brand sites
Develop portfolio dashboards and reporting frameworks that track key e-commerce KPIs across brands
Support testing initiatives aimed at improving site conversion, customer acquisition, and retention

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
2–5 years of experience in e-commerce analytics, digital growth, or performance marketing analysis
Strong analytical skills with experience identifying patterns and translating data into strategic insights
Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and Shopify
Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, or similar)
Experience analyzing customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value metrics
Ability to communicate insights clearly
