Living Carbon

Manager

• Serve as the primary project management lead across Living Carbon's active carbon project portfolio, owning timelines, milestone tracking, and cross-functional coordination to ensure projects advance toward financeability and registration
• Build, manage, and continuously improve cross-functional workflows that connect our Forestry, Carbon, Finance, and Land teams around shared project development goals
• Prepare and maintain structured project reporting, synthesizing field activities, milestones, and risks into clear materials for project finance partners and investor updates
• Own and manage reporting deliverables to capital and project finance stakeholders, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of project-level data and status updates
• Identify blockers, surface tradeoffs, and drive decisions - bringing the right people to the table and keeping the team aligned on priorities
• Develop a deep understanding of the project development lifecycle so you can represent the team's work confidently to external stakeholders
• Continuously improve our internal processes, documentation, and project management infrastructure as we scale our portfolio
