About the role
- Manage end-to-end Salesforce project delivery—from scope to production rollout.
- Coordinate timelines, resources, risks, and dependencies using Agile methodologies.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to collect, challenge, and translate requirements.
- Align delivery with internal MIS architecture, QA, and CI/CD standards.
- Monitor Salesforce trends and propose innovations, especially around AI and automation.
- Contribute to backlog management, sprint planning, and continuous improvement.
- Drive collaboration across business, development, QA, and integration teams in a matrixed environment.
- Support Product department roadmap and ensure architectural alignment to deliver impactful solutions.
Requirements
- Min 3–5 years’ experience managing Salesforce projects in cross-functional settings.
- Deep understanding of Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Platform Services.
- Experience collaborating directly with business stakeholders to gather, challenge, and validate requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Hands-on experience in Agile project delivery; experience with Jira and Confluence a plus.
- Proficient with CI/CD practices, release automation, and quality governance.
- Strong collaboration and leadership skills; ability to drive execution through influence.
- Experience working with integration platforms (e.g., Workato, MuleSoft).
- Exposure to AI or intelligent automation projects within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Hebrew.
- Basic understanding of Apex code (ability to read logic).
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator, App Builder) – a plus.
