About the role

  • Lead the technical delivery of integration-based and custom solutions using Livestorm’s API, webhooks, and low-code platforms like Make, n8n, Zapier, Retool, and Airtable (Solution design & delivery) [25%]
  • Rapidly prototype or fully build solutions with next-gen AI builders such as Loveable, Bubble, or Superblocks and explore possibilities beyond traditional workflows [25%]
  • Coordinate with engineering on complex development needs and ensure alignment with product vision and scalability
  • Act as a trusted technical consultant in pre-sales and post-sales conversations; demo advanced CRM integrations and advise on optimal configurations (Client-facing consulting and communication) [25%]
  • Help Sales teams craft solution proposals highlighting platform extensibility
  • Identify, recruit, and nurture partnerships with agencies and integration specialists; co-develop playbooks and serve as main partner contact (Partner and agency network development) [15%]
  • Equip customer-facing teams (AE, AM, CSM, Support) with documentation, training, and resources; proactively fill knowledge/tooling gaps (Cross-team enablement) [15%]
  • Manage, coach, and grow the Solutions Engineering team (starting with one senior engineer); provide roadmap and build shared knowledge (Team leadership & enablement) [10%]
  • Continuously refine scoping, delivery, and scaling of custom solutions; lead knowledge sharing and documentation to make solutions repeatable (Process improvement and scaling) [10%]

Requirements

  • Strong technical acumen and hands-on experience with low-code/no-code platforms (Make, Retool, n8n, Zapier, Airtable, or similar)
  • Comfortable speaking the language of APIs and integrations and able to hold technical conversations
  • Strong savviness with AI-powered tools related to coding and app-building (Loveable, Bubble, Superblocks, etc.)
  • Experience in a client-facing or consulting role with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, ownership-driven mindset and ability to drive initiatives
  • Experience managing projects involving external vendors, partners, or agencies
  • Experience leading or mentoring team members, or readiness to step into a first team lead role
  • Fluent in both French and English
  • Comfortable working in a fully remote setup aligned with the Paris time zone ±2 hours
