Operational running, maintenance and changes to core business software solutions covering finance, sales, logistics, HR, payroll, CRM and associated business functions.
Liaise between third-party vendors around system changes and BAU support and inform priority of work for business units.
Support and deliver work as part of a multi-year technology transformation program, helping move functionality into cloud-based solutions.
Work closely with application business owners to ensure currency, supportability and security across the Business Solutions portfolio.
Report to the Business Solutions Manager and be part of a collaborative Systems Analyst team and community of practice for change, incident and problem management.
Requirements
2+ years’ experience supporting SaaS and traditional applications
Experience in managing technology changes
Good understanding of technology service delivery practices
A strong collaborative nature and curious mindset
Excellent communication, relationship building, and collaborative skills
Comfortable contributing in workshops and incident resolution activities
Experience of working closely with third-party software vendors
