Own several distributed real-time APIs and applications, written in Go, that service external partners.
Help Develop robust cross-team data flows using modern streaming platforms like Redpanda.
Continuously improve the reliability, performance, and maintainability of core production systems.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of professional experience deploying high-performance production code.
Willingness to learn and thrive in environments ranging from building and launching Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) quickly, to scaling existing products to high volumes, and managing complex, high-reliability distributed systems.
Strong track record of contributing to maintainable, large-scale systems.
You are comfortable navigating complex, unfamiliar and unclear problem spaces and platforms.
You enjoy translating business challenges into effective technical solutions.
You thrive on mentoring and promoting engineering best practices within a team environment.
Bonus Points: Experience working on 0-to-1 (new product launch) initiatives.
Hands-on Experience scaling 1-to-N (large-scale growth) distributed systems.
Experience with designing and implementing interfaces and infrastructure for high-volume services and APIs.
Familiarity with the AdTech ecosystem.
