Key responsibilities & impact

Build copilot/chatbot experiences using ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Glean
Support implementation of agentic AI workflows and automations
Help with prompt engineering and tuning of AI agents
Create new automations using tools like Okta Workflows, Workato, and Zapier
Develop and troubleshoot Python scripts integrating APIs
Monitor integrations and automations for issues and improvements
Document work for team adoption
