Lead end-to-end design for key product initiatives within the AI Simulation & Governance portfolio, moving projects seamlessly from discovery through delivery
Translate complex workflows into intuitive, scalable user experiences that simplify data-intensive interfaces for enterprise users
Present design rationale and concepts clearly to stakeholders and leadership, ensuring alignment between design vision and business goals
Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design hypotheses and ensure customer insights meaningfully inform every product decision
Leverage data and user insights to iterate on existing features, driving a continuous improvement cycle for the Conversational Cloud
Contribute to and evolve our design system to ensure consistency and scalability across the entire product ecosystem
Partner with Product and Engineering on roadmap planning and prioritization, ensuring technical feasibility without compromising on the user experience
Champion accessibility and usability, ensuring all designs meet high standards of inclusivity (WCAG) and industry best practices

Requirements

5+ years of professional experience in product design
A Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience (e.g., 8+ years of professional design experience)
A strong portfolio demonstrating advanced systems thinking and the ability to solve complex, data-heavy architectural problems
Deep proficiency in Figma and other modern design and prototyping tools
Demonstrable understanding of AI-driven products, specifically regarding how to design for non-deterministic outputs and complex data workflows
Experience with user research methodologies, including synthesizing qualitative and quantitative findings into actionable product insights
