About the role
- Own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery across Service Cloud and Salesforce Digital Experience site
- Drive Product Strategy and evolve the Salesforce roadmap based on business priorities
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand goals and manage the product backlog
- Maximize the value of Service Cloud to improve support operations and enhance user experience
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role
- Hands-on experience working with Salesforce, particularly Service Cloud
- Experience supporting or delivering Salesforce Digital Experience / Experience Cloud solutions
- Strong experience in Agile environments with backlog ownership
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Service Cloud Consultant)
