About the role

  • Lead the organization’s digital innovation strategy
  • Drive the evaluation, adoption, and integration of emerging technologies to enhance business operations
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional leaders to identify opportunities for digital transformation
  • Ensure alignment with long-term business goals
  • Translate innovation concepts into actionable roadmaps
  • Serve as a key voice in the Innovation Leadership team, influencing technology adoption, vendor partnerships, and customer-facing strategy
  • Oversee integration with enterprise systems, data platforms, and third-party solutions
  • Partner with sales, marketing, and CX teams to define go-to-market plans, pricing tiers, and customer onboarding strategies
  • Recruit and lead a cross-functional team including integration engineers, data architects, and product specialists
  • Mentor team members and encourage agile, experimental, and results-driven work methods
  • Manage pilots, proofs on concept, and customer feedback loops to refine offerings

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in digital transformation, product innovation, or technology platform leadership
  • Proven track record of successfully driving enterprise-wide innovation or digital evolution initiatives
  • Deep knowledge of emerging technologies such as AI/ML, cloud computing, automation, conversational platforms, blockchain, integration frameworks and data analytics
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to link technology investments to business outcomes
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing at the executive level
  • Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and change management skills
  • Experience in design thinking, agile innovation frameworks, or digital labs
  • Exposure to customer experience strategy and digital product development
  • Industry certifications in innovation or digital transformation (e.g., Agile, SAFe, TOGAF) are a plus.
