About the role
- Inbound channels: Promptly reply to leads who express interest in Lively through our Drift chatbot, the sales inbox, list uploads, leads passed from Regional Sales Directors, and unassigned form submissions
- Email automation: Serve as the sender for nurture emails implemented by the marketing team and promptly reply to any leads who directly reply to the nurture stream in your territory
- Demos: Perform demos for groups under 250 benefits eligible life (BEL) companies and drive employer account signups with those groups including running the RFP process
- Lead qualification: Perform discovery on inbound leads using sales criteria to pass on only highly qualified leads to the sales team for closing or to close yourself if under 250 BEL
- High intent accounts: Perform outbound outreach to accounts demonstrating high intent during periods of low inbound activity
- Subject matter expert: Serve as internal thought leader on product configurations and pricing rules to help get the sales team the answers they need in a prompt manner
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a sales, customer experience, or similar external facing role
- Strong product and market knowledge of Lively and our customer base
- Comfort conducting outreach via phone, email, and chat
- An ability to address prospect questions and concerns in a rapid manner
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong client relationships
- Strong relationships with sales team members and leadership
- Understanding of Lively’s sales cycle and opportunity creation criteria
