• Execute test cases and perform manual testing to identify bugs and ensure the software meets specified requirements
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts to increase testing efficiency and coverage
• Report and track defects using specific tools, e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla, etc., and work with the development team to resolve issues
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of test plans, test cases, and test scenarios based on functional and non-functional requirements
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand the application’s functionality and design effective test strategies
• Document test results and provide detailed feedback to the development team to support issue resolution and software improvements
• Identify areas for improvement in the testing process and suggest enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness
