About the role

  • Build, lead, and scale a high-performing marketing team aligned to revenue goals
  • Partner with sales leadership to design and execute field marketing programs
  • Own strategy and execution of multi-channel digital campaigns
  • Establish and manage a comprehensive reporting framework
  • Bridge PLG and sales-led motions by collaborating with product and data teams
  • Develop and launch an account-based marketing (ABM) strategy for enterprise accounts
  • Act as the strategic link between marketing and sales

Requirements

  • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience with at least 3–4 years managing a team, ideally a team of 3 or more marketers
  • Led field marketing teams aligned to regional sales targets
  • Hands-on experience running digital demand generation campaigns — paid, content, and outbound
  • Fluent in the metrics that matter in revenue marketing
  • Understanding of PLG/self-serve motions
  • ABM experience is a plus
  • Built teams, not just managed them
  • Comfortable setting strategy and rolling up your sleeves
  • Thrive working cross-functionally
