About the role
- Build, lead, and scale a high-performing marketing team aligned to revenue goals
- Partner with sales leadership to design and execute field marketing programs
- Own strategy and execution of multi-channel digital campaigns
- Establish and manage a comprehensive reporting framework
- Bridge PLG and sales-led motions by collaborating with product and data teams
- Develop and launch an account-based marketing (ABM) strategy for enterprise accounts
- Act as the strategic link between marketing and sales
Requirements
- 10+ years of B2B marketing experience with at least 3–4 years managing a team, ideally a team of 3 or more marketers
- Led field marketing teams aligned to regional sales targets
- Hands-on experience running digital demand generation campaigns — paid, content, and outbound
- Fluent in the metrics that matter in revenue marketing
- Understanding of PLG/self-serve motions
- ABM experience is a plus
- Built teams, not just managed them
- Comfortable setting strategy and rolling up your sleeves
- Thrive working cross-functionally
