Requirements

Deep experience building production web applications with React and Next.js
Write clean, type-safe TypeScript and strong opinions about component architecture
Product-minded and thrive in a complex product with interconnected surfaces
Experience building or contributing to design systems
Care about performance, accessibility, and polish
Experience with real-time or data-heavy UIs
Thrive on a small team with high autonomy
Nice to have: Experience with Go, gRPC, or protocol buffers
