About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Supervises personnel for compliance with policies and regulations
Monitors appearance and conduct of personnel
Maintains current documentation
Coordinates training for crew and maintenance personnel
Develops scheduling procedures with clients
Approves and schedules PTO for personnel
Updates scheduling information
Conducts meetings to coordinate activities and address issues
Approves expense accounts
Participates in the hiring process of personnel
Submits reports as required
Maintains training records and ensures timely submission of data

Requirements

PIC = 1500 hours
MEL = 1500 hours
MEL PIC = 500 hours
Time in Turbo Jet = 500
Instrument Time = 250 hours
Management background with exceptional leadership skill
NBAA CAM certification or comparable leadership training preferred
Experience in training for flight operations personnel
Budget development and management experience
College degree and/or advanced (non-flight) training
Interpersonal communication skills for coordinating activities and promoting goodwill
