About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Supervise personnel for compliance with policies and regulations
- Monitor appearance and conduct of personnel
- Maintain aviation memorandums and records
- Coordinate training for crew and maintenance personnel
- Develop procedures for scheduling aircraft
- Approve Personal Time Off (PTO) for personnel
- Conduct meetings for coordination and information sharing

Requirements
What you’ll need- 3000 hours of total time
- 1500 hours of PIC
- 1500 hours of MEL
- 500 hours of MEL PIC
- 500 hours in Turbo Jet
- 250 hours of Instrument Time
- Management background with leadership skill
- NBAA CAM certification preferred
- Experience in training for flight operations personnel
- Budget development and management experience
- College degree or advanced training
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
