Business Development Rep

• Prospect and engage with existing client base (~40,000 customers) to identify upsell, cross-sell, expansion, and optimization opportunities
• Identify and qualify opportunities to move customers to higher-tier plans or multi-year contracts
• Educate customers on the value of solutions and help customers discover new use cases and tailored offerings
• Experiment with different sales approaches and work in a data-driven manner to refine strategies and improve success rates
• Collaborate closely with AE and CSM teams to ensure a seamless experience for customers transitioning to upgraded plans and expanded solutions
• Bring energy and curiosity to every interaction and position yourself as a trusted resource for customers
