About the role
- Supervises assigned personnel for compliance with company policies and FAA regulations.
- Monitors personal appearance and conduct of personnel.
- Coordinates crew and maintenance personnel training.
- Develops reliable scheduling procedures for aircraft.
- Approves PTO for personnel and schedules aircraft usage.
- Conducts meetings with personnel to coordinate activities and promote employee goodwill.
- Participates in interview processes for assigned personnel.
- Maintains training records and ensures timely submission of operations data.
- Promotes customer goodwill through high-quality service and professionalism.
Requirements
- Total time = 3000 hours
- PIC = 1500 hours
- MEL = 1500 hours
- MEL PIC = 500 hours
- Time in Turbo Jet = 500 hours
- Instrument Time = 250 hours
- NBAA CAM certification or other applicable leadership training preferred
- Interpersonal communication skills to coordinate activities and promote department goodwill.
- Management background with a demonstrated track record of exceptional leadership skill required.
