About the role
- Own the paid acquisition engine end-to-end: planning, execution, optimization, scaling.
- Architect a clean, scalable campaign structure aligned with trial/QL goals.
- Manage pacing, forecasting, and budget efficiency with clear guardrails.
- Run funnel experiments.
- Partner with Content, Video, Design, and Marketing Automation to improve conversion across the journey.
- Maintain tracking hygiene (GA4, BigQuery, GTM, UTMs) and enhance attribution quality.
- Deliver clear, actionable insights — what happened, why, and what we change next.
Requirements
- 4–6+ years running high-ownership paid acquisition for B2B SaaS.
- Strong proficiency in Google Ads (Search/PMAX), Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Demonstrated ability to reduce CAC and scale profitable channels.
- Strong analytical capabilities: diagnosing issues, proposing fixes, and acting fast.
- Practical experience with GA4, Looker/Tableau, UTMs, and conversion tracking.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally.
- Ownership mindset — you take responsibility for outcomes, not tasks.
