Project Manager

• Build and maintain a strong team of Project Managers, Technicians, and Staffing Coordinators
• Lead and mentor supporting staff, providing clear direction and fostering a collaborative and positive team environment
• Execute cross-training initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and improve team reliability
• Develop annual growth plans for all direct reports and provide verbal and written feedback related to those objectives, individual performance, and team-member retention
• Work directly with the sales, operations, and executive management teams to ensure all event projects meet objectives and exceed expectations
• Oversee all logistical aspects of each event project, including staffing plans, equipment inventory and event assets, permit acquisition, and compliance with all safety and legal requirements
• Establish coordinated training and employment opportunities for staff
