About the role
- Serve as a critical bridge between business vision and technical execution
- Translate complex business objectives into engineering strategy
- Perform detailed requirements analysis and document them effectively
- Develop AI-assisted testing frameworks and predictive analytics
- Streamline how to gather, document, and validate business requirements
- Work with engineering teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements before deployment
- Facilitate discussions to clarify business needs and document use cases
- Introduce innovative methodologies and foster cross-team knowledge sharing
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis or similar role
- Understanding of software development processes
- Experience working with engineering teams
- Proficiency with requirements management and documentation tools (e.g., Jira, Lucid, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to write and validate technical specifications
- Experience implementing requirements traceability across complex systems
- Proven ability to build consensus across engineering, business, and other stakeholders
- Experience facilitating complex decision-making processes with competing priorities
