About the role
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on triaging and troubleshooting production issues
- Champion and support improvements to processes, tools, and practices utilized by the team
- Experience with monitoring tools like Cloudwatch, AppDynamics, Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog or similar monitoring tools
- Coordinate between upstream applications to resolve incidents
Requirements
- 3+ years working on a production support team or equivalent experience
- 3+ years' experience working with enterprise-scale platforms and architectures
- 2+ years' experience supporting and troubleshooting in AWS production environments
- Experience with ticket tracking systems, like ServiceNow, Salesforce, ZenDesk and/or Jira
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
