About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist with the day-to-day running of the Ticketing Department
- Assist with all aspects of ticketing for the company
- Assist with management of the Priority site and work with the partnerships team to deliver partners' requirements
- Produce accurate and timely reporting
- Monitor all on-sales impacting the Priority site
- Produce regular allocation and presale statistics for partners and the Finance department
- Collate and send venue ticket sales to relevant distribution lists
- Work collaboratively with managers and colleagues
- Carry out ad hoc duties as directed by management
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in ticketing platforms/systems and box office environment (preferred but not essential)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office packages, specifically Excel and Outlook
- Strong communication skills
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Professional conduct when handling sensitive and embargoed information
- Passion and enthusiasm for the live events industry
- Willingness to build positive working relationships
- Ability to deliver and maintain accurate information and reporting
- Ability to work to deadlines with excellent time management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively alongside managers in a shared inbox
- Ability to take initiative and work flexibly throughout the day
- Ability to maintain good working relationships with external clients and outlets
