About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist with the day-to-day running of the Ticketing Department
  • Assist with all aspects of ticketing for the company
  • Assist with management of the Priority site and work with the partnerships team to deliver partners' requirements
  • Produce accurate and timely reporting
  • Monitor all on-sales impacting the Priority site
  • Produce regular allocation and presale statistics for partners and the Finance department
  • Collate and send venue ticket sales to relevant distribution lists
  • Work collaboratively with managers and colleagues
  • Carry out ad hoc duties as directed by management

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in ticketing platforms/systems and box office environment (preferred but not essential)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office packages, specifically Excel and Outlook
  • Strong communication skills
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • Professional conduct when handling sensitive and embargoed information
  • Passion and enthusiasm for the live events industry
  • Willingness to build positive working relationships
  • Ability to deliver and maintain accurate information and reporting
  • Ability to work to deadlines with excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively alongside managers in a shared inbox
  • Ability to take initiative and work flexibly throughout the day
  • Ability to maintain good working relationships with external clients and outlets
