About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee the month-end close process, including issue resolution, budget owner management, variance analysis, and monthly reporting
  • Compile, consolidate, and distribute international results and Global Monthly Actuals reporting, including variance analysis
  • Contribute to and create the annual budget and forecast
  • Manage marketing spend tracking, reporting, and analytics, including contract monitoring, category-level spend, and margin summaries
  • Support recurring operational reporting across pacing, cost tracking, royalty reconciliation, and event-level analytics
  • Identify reliable indicators of future performance and enhance financial forecast accuracy
  • Partner with Ticketmaster leads to incorporate departmental priorities into budgets and realities into forecasts
  • Incorporate risks and opportunities into sensitivity analysis across short-, medium-, and long-term horizons
  • Create compelling presentations of business results and forecasts tailored to different audiences
  • Present forecasts and results to senior finance and business leaders
  • Develop and track KPIs aligned with business objectives
  • Enhance financial processes and reporting capabilities to drive efficiency

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing strategy or finance
  • 5+ years of related work experience
  • Proven success in Finance, Analytics, and/or Marketing preferred
  • Strong financial modeling and forecasting skills
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
  • Proficient PowerPoint user
  • Experience with BI tools such as OneStream, DOMO, Oracle, and SAP
  • Experience with Claude Code, Claude CoWork, or similar AI tools is a plus
  • Ability to distill complicated financial concepts and models into actionable plans
  • Comfort with fast-paced, deadline-driven close cycles and seasonal workload fluctuations
  • Ability to explain complex financial-data relationships in plain English
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information accurately
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all disciplines, levels, and cultures
  • Ability to build relationships across departments
