About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop clear, detailed, and complete user stories and business requirements for various stakeholders
Partner with SQL-literate stakeholders to interpret, validate, and refine data and reporting requirements
Research and analyze data across multiple business systems
Work cross-functionally to understand business impacts and support solution delivery
Analyze data to identify key business questions, trends, dependencies, and actionable insights
Create and maintain functional specifications, grooming documentation, and detailed technical requirements
Collaborate with functional architects and development teams to deliver high-quality BI and data solutions
Advise business users on alternative approaches or recommended solutions
Perform system configuration and administrative support activities within SAP BusinessObjects and Tableau environments
Troubleshoot and identify root causes of data quality issues

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
Hands-on experience with SAP BusinessObjects, Tableau, Databricks, or comparable data analytics platforms
Strong technical proficiency in developing and executing complex SQL queries
Experience with Python scripting and automation preferred
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling/analysis
2–3 years of experience working within Agile development methodologies preferred
Experience using collaboration and project management tools such as Asana, Jira, and Confluence
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
