About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive incremental revenue for Live Nation Urban, its subsidiaries, and its strategic partners
  • In concert with the Chief Operating Officer, LNU President, and sponsorship and media leadership, help develop an overall sponsorship and media strategy to meet near-term targets and drive longer-term growth
  • Work collaboratively with LNU sponsorship and media team members and festival/media partner sponsorship organizations to optimize revenue within and across events, tours, LNU Content Creator Network, and partner media platforms
  • Build/bring relationships across Live Nation Media and Sponsorship organization, current and potential LNU sponsorship and media clients, partner organizations, and the targeted media, sponsorship, and data ecosystem to maximize opportunities for LNU
  • Help establish and/or refine LNU processes to drive efficiencies throughout the organization (i.e., sponsorships, media, marketing, creative, legal, sponsor activations, festival operations, finance)
  • Develop/evolve reporting practices to increase visibility for, and improve decision-making ability of, LNU senior management
  • Where possible, identify and execute opportunities for media and sponsorship to support broader LNU strategic initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Outstanding communication skills (written, oral, and presentation)
  • Track record of monetizing existing relationships and ability to extend existing network to drive incremental growth within media
  • Self-motivated, driven, and highly collaborative team member, willing to lead or support team initiatives as required
  • Able to work effectively with people across various levels and departments within the company, from corporate executives to front-line event/touring freelancers and vendors
  • Proven leader and contributor with excellent business acumen
