Key responsibilities & impact

Execute digital consumer promotions across campaign platforms, including setup, QA, launch, and maintenance
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder approvals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, development, marketing, vendors) to deliver campaign assets and microsite updates
Troubleshoot issues during execution and communicate updates to stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

3–5+ years of experience in digital marketing, campaign execution, or agency environments
Hands-on experience with digital platforms, CMS tools, and project management systems (including but not limited to Asana and ShortStack)
Proficient in Photoshop & Illustrator, GA4, Excel, and social media platforms
Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Jasper) to support content development, research, and workflow efficiency
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS preferred
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Keen visual sensibility with the ability to interpret and apply brand guidelines across digital experiences
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and execution
Ability to work from your own laptop/equipment for the duration of the contract.
