About the role
- Provide strategic leadership for regional communication and collaboration
- Partner with operations leaders to understand operational constraints and training design
- Direct instructional designers and trainers and align their efforts with the roadmap
- Lead design and implementation of education programs including live sessions and LMS courses
- Build a community of practice that enhances product competence
- Monitor training metrics and provide regular updates to executive leadership
- Build client and interdepartmental relationships
- Ensure training programs reflect current processes and client expectations
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members
Requirements
- Bilingual - Spanish - preferred
- A high level of business acumen and experience in leading operational or training teams in the live entertainment and ticketing industry
- Expertise with modern service operations, client lifecycle processes, and current tools in live entertainment or ticketing
- Ability to quickly assimilate new product releases, policy changes, and market requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills - fluent in English
- Proven experience in stakeholder relationship management
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Champions a lean learning strategy by identifying and eliminating inefficiencies in training programs
- Highly analytical with experience defining operations performance metrics
- Background in collaborating with cross-functional teams and understanding event and operations processes.
