About the role
- Take a leadership role in driving the design, development, and architecture of our Salesforce ecosystem
- Guide our development team, make high-impact architectural decisions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions
- Define and implement robust architectures for Salesforce solutions
- Evaluate and recommend best practices, tools, and strategies for Salesforce development and integration
- Lead the design and implementation of complex integrations
- Develop advanced Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components
- Build custom applications focusing on scalability, reliability, and performance optimization
- Implement seamless integrations between Salesforce and other cloud services
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers
- Identify and drive improvements in development processes and tooling
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
- Proven experience in Salesforce architecture
- Deep proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and advanced Salesforce configuration
- Expertise in Salesforce data management, including large-scale data migrations, integrations, and cleansing
- Experience integrating Salesforce with cloud platforms, particularly AWS
- Exceptional problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and leadership skills
